Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for subscription payments, including unused time on a monthly or annual plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals.

1. Why we don't issue refunds

We offer a free trial before any charge so you can evaluate every feature of TradingView Optimizer without commitment. Because you have the opportunity to test the product in full before subscribing, we operate a strict no-refund policy once a paid subscription begins.

2. How cancellation works

  • You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or through the Stripe billing portal.
  • When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep full access until that date.
  • After that date, your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again.
  • We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of any billing period, whether monthly or annual.

3. Annual plans

Annual plans are billed once per year in full at the start of the billing period. If you cancel partway through an annual period, you keep access until the end of that year, but we do not refund any portion of the annual charge.

4. Failed or disputed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may automatically retry the charge in accordance with its standard retry schedule. We may suspend or terminate your access until payment is brought current. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in immediate termination of your account.

5. Exceptional circumstances

In rare cases — for example, a duplicate charge caused by a billing error, or an unauthorized charge caused by compromised account credentials — we may issue a refund at our sole discretion. If you believe one of these situations applies to you, contact us within 14 days of the charge at [email protected] with the date of the charge and a brief description of the issue.

6. Taxes

Any applicable taxes collected at checkout are remitted to the appropriate authority and are not refundable from us. If you believe tax was charged in error, contact us and we will work with Stripe to review the charge.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any change applies only to subscriptions purchased on or after the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
